Thorpe Park is the winner of RideRater’s Best Park award for 2024.
The Surrey theme park has seen the introduction of the Hyperia rollercoaster, the UK’s tallest.
Opening hours have also been extended considerably this season, with the majority of days across the summer seeing 19:00 ride closes.
Two 21:00 closes were also introduced in August.
Hyperia, which was given a 4.5-star rating by RideRater, is adorned by the new stylised Fearless Valley area.
The former Angry Birds land was also transformed into the Big Easy Boulevard this season.
Thorpe Park now enters our Hall of Fame for the first time since 2016.
