The UK’s tallest ride at some 236 feet, it is also marketed as the UK’s fastest with 80 mph+ speeds.
The Mack Rides-built rollercoaster officially opened in May, but was plagued by early technical problems and trains stalling.
In July, RideRater described Hyperia’s first drop as feeling like “freefalling off the end of the earth”, in a 4.5 star review.
Its world-pioneering outer-banked, barrel roll loop has attracted the attention of ride enthusiasts across the world.
