Thorpe Park will close at 21:00 in two extended openings on 24 and 31 August this year.
The Surrey theme park is scheduled to open until at least 19:00 each day during the current summer holiday period.
Its closing times are the point at which ride queues close, as is typical for Merlin Entertainments theme parks.
Previously the park has said that there is insufficient demand for extended openings, with the majority of guests departing by early evening.
The 21:00 closes are currently priced at the same level as admission for other days this summer.
Contrasting hours
Meanwhile, Alton Towers has continued to scale back its opening hours, with the remainder of July’s weekday openings reduced by one hour to 17:00.
RideRater has seen responses to guest queries on the hours reductions, which were reported earlier this month.
“Within the industry it is standard practice for opening hours to change based on a variety of factors,” Alton Towers said.
The park cited “predicted guest volume levels” and being one such factor.
“Whilst we publish opening times at the start of a year, we will adapt them throughout the year to guest demand and forecast visitor levels, but increasing and decreasing as necessary.”
