Marcus Delo is RideRater’s Photographer of the Year 2021, with his long-exposure shot of Funk’n’Fly at Alton Towers.
Marcus, of Milton Keynes, has entered our competition several times since its inception in 2013 and has this year finally entered our Hall of Fame.
The judging panel felt that the shot showed great effort and patience, as with such shots it is desirable for as little as possible to be moving, other than the object.
As usual, we had a great selection of entries and we’d like to thank everyone that entered photographs in this year’s competition.
