Thorpe Park has won Ride Rater’s Best Park 2016 Award, following a successful 2016 season.
The park enters our Hall of Fame in a year which its multi-million pound new attraction, Derren Brown’s Ghost Train, has opened.
It has not been an easy year to choose a park, as many are facing cost-saving pressures from owners, and this ultimately reduces guest experience.
We chose Thorpe Park for its efforts in ensuring that its full ride offering is available to guests every day, something which is notable in 2016.
It also managed the busy Fright Nights reasonably well, and the events were deservedly a huge draw once again.
