Alton Towers has announced that it will open until 20:00 for its first three opening Saturdays in March.
Named ‘Alton After Dark‘, the dates are 16, 23, and 30 March, with the first being the start of the theme park’s 2024 season.
All major rides are expected to be open, including the relaunched Nemesis Reborn rollercoaster.
The park tends to operate in darkness only during the Halloween Scarefest and Fireworks events each autumn.
UK clocks go forward on 31 March in 2024, as British Summer Time begins and daylight hours are extended.
