The British company entered administration simultaneously as part of pre-packaged deal.
Simworx, which is based in Kingswinford, West Midlands, designed Derren Brown’s Ghost Train at Thorpe Park.
It is also widely known for its work on 4D cinema attractions in the UK, as well as the Robocoaster cinema-ride.
28 people will retain their jobs as part of the deal with Inatmin, itself known for rides including major rollercoasters.
