Garden Lights Walk: Whispering Souls, the walk-through attraction at Alton Towers’ Scarefest event, has won RideRater’s Best New Addition award for 2020.
The attraction saw the Staffordshire theme park’s famous gardens beautifully illuminated after dusk during the Halloween season.
With no additional charge or scare actors present, Garden Lights Walk was clearly marketed at families.
It was also an innovation by the Alton Towers, amidst widespread rethinking of how theme parks have been best able to operate in 2020.
Garden Lights Walk: Whispering Souls now enters the RideRater Hall of Fame, alongside all the past winners we’ve named since our founding in 2010.
