Madame Tussauds: King Charles waxwork vandalised

A waxwork of King Charles III has been vandalised by climate change protestors at London’s Madame Tussauds.

Four demonstrators from the Just Stop Oil group were later arrested by Metropolitan Police.

Madame Tussauds said: “At approximately 10:50, protestors appeared to throw what is believed to be cake at our figures of the Royal Family.

“Our security team dealt with the incident quickly and we are working closely with the Metropolitan Police on this matter. The attraction remains open, with our Royal Family set closed temporarily.”

Ironically – and according to Madame Tussauds London – the then Prince’s original waxwork was first ever carbon neutral figure at the attraction.
