Blackpool Pleasure Beach has revealed that it will charge up to £25 to access the spinning-seat-modified version of the Icon rollercoaster.
Set to open this spring, Enso will see one of the ride’s three trains converted to have two spinning seats on its back row.
A ‘standard’ ticket will cost £15 per ride, while a £25 ‘VIP’ version will see wait times “reduced by 90%”, according to the Pleasure Beach.
Icon will remain available under normal park admission for the conventional forward-facing seats.
Both the standard and VIP levels of access for Enso will adopt virtual queuing, and be bookable through the park’s app.
The precise opening date for the modified Enso seats has not yet been announced.
