Alton Towers is next week expected to release further details regarding its new indoor ride for the 2012 season.
Currently dubbed Nemesis: What Lies Beneath, the dark ride’s website has been updated to include the message “18 years later… revealed here 18:18 31.12.2012.”
It is expected that the ride’s actual name will be unveiled, along with further details of the experience and theming of the attraction.
The ride’s centrepiece is understood to be a drop ride manufactured by the Swiss firm ABC, who produce the Extremis rides featured’s in Merlin’s Dungeon attractions.
Theming will be based on a catacomb left by the alien from the Nemesis rollercoaster story.
