Warwick Castle is to open a new £16 million hotel in 22 July this year, it has been announced.
Operator Merlin Entertainments is adding 60 “stunning medieval-themed” rooms to the castle’s grounds.
Warwick Castle general manager Liam Bartlett said: “Our brand new hotel immerses guests in Warwick’s rich history, whilst also delivering modern luxuries to make the experience even more special.
“Our new hotel is also fantastic news for the local visitor economy, ensuring a high-quality offering for overnight visitors to showcase everything that this town has to offer.”
A search for a family of four to stay at the hotel on its opening night offered at a price of £239 at time of writing.
Standard themed rooms include breakfast and one-day entry to Warwick Castle.
