The exterior of the Legoland Windsor hotel caught fire on Sunday, forcing its closure.
No injuries were sustained but the hotel has been closed pending a fire service investigation.
Footage shared on Twitter suggests that flames were visible after 16:00 on Sunday afternoon.
A spokesperson for Legoland Windsor told the Daily Star that the fire occurred at about 15:35 and was confined to the front exterior of the hotel building.
“Our well-rehearsed emergency procedures were immediately implemented and the emergency services were called and attended the site,” they said.
“The hotel was immediately evacuated and all guests and staff are safe and well.
“The health and safety of our guests is our top priority and the hotel is currently closed whilst the fire brigade’s investigation takes place.
“Hotel guests are being refunded or offered alternative accommodation. Guests have been given extra time to enjoy a selection of rides in the theme park this evening, which remains open for business as usual.”
The hotel was evacuated, with guests being asked to assemble in one of the park’s restaurants.
