A family who were told they could not take food outside of Flamingo Land have had a lawsuit validated in the Court of Appeal.
Paul and Belinda Edwards, whose two children are disabled, claim discrimination from the North Yorkshire theme park.
They told park staff that they would find it easier to cope with their children’s lunchtime away from the busy theme park surroundings, but were reportedly refused according to ITV.
After initially being thrown out, Lord Justice Pill today said the couple’s case could be heard before three senior judges.
The date of the new hearing or the initial incident is not currently known.
