The long-waited pre-booking hub for holders of all types of Merlin Annual Passes opened on Monday.
Initially trialled for the top-level Platinum pass holders for many months, the hub is now open to holders of other products.
It allows for centralised booking of Merlin Entrainments’ UK attractions, as well as cancellations.
The move follows the announcement last year that pass-holders would be incur a 14-day freeze for anyone failing to show up for a booking three times in as many months.
Pre-booking has been a mandatory requirement for all of Merlin’s UK attractions since the COVID-19 pandemic saw reduced capacities introduced.
Pre-booked status for annual pass-holders is widely unchecked at the attraction entrances.
However, many people looking to pay on the day have been turned away from attractions and asked to book on their electronic devices.
