Plans have been unveiled for Paramount London, the American film studio’s proposed new theme park for Kent.
The previously-untitled project, proposed for Swanscombe, has an estimated construction cost of £2 billion.
A series of artists impressions will go on display tomorrow for two weeks, with depictions including an area known as Starfleet Academy, which is a feature of the Star Trek franchise.
Rollercoasters and Hollywood film street sets are also depicted in the images, which will be on display around Kent.
The park is expected to attract around 15 million guests per year, with the planners stating that a direct access road linking to the A2 would be constructed as part of the proposal.
They said that other visitors would be brought in via rail and boat.
The consultation documents – which can be viewed here – have a target date for the park’s opening of Easter 2020.
