Merlin Entertainments has still not set a re-launch date for its pay-monthly annual pass option, the Merlin Membership.
The monthly Direct Debit scheme was suspended in February this year, following its launch only last summer.
Merlin said that it hoped to re-launch the membership scheme in the Spring of this year.
Existing customers have not been affected by the products withdrawal, however it has been closed to new customers.
The Merlin Annual Pass & Merlin Membership Facebook page has persistently featured queries from guests regarding the products re-launch.
The company has so far not responded to any of the queries, although advisers on the product’s phone order line say no re-launch date has yet been advised by managers.
Describing that it is planning “exciting changes” to the product, Merlin advises that customers monitor its Facebook page and website for updates.
