Alton Towers considers permanent scare maze

Alton Towers is undertaking market research over exploring the option of adding a permanent scare attraction.

The resort is carrying out a survey to gauge guest views on its four actor-led scare attractions at this year’s Halloween Scarefest event.

The park are asking if the respondents would be interested in a season-long scare maze.

Among the other questions, visitors are asked if they would prefer to have any hypothetical attraction incur a separate charge, or have the cost incorporated into the park’s admission price

At this year’s Scarefest, the Terror of the Towers and Zombies! Scare Zone are free attractions, while the Boiler House and Carnival of Screams are ¬£6 each.
