The Thirteen: After Dark feature at Alton Towers’ Halloween Scarefest is making a return to this year’s event following some uncertainty.
During 2010’s Scarefest, and the rollercoaster Thirteen’s debut season, an actor was reportedly assaulted by a guest in the ride’s queue line.
The incident, combined with the event’s omission from the initial Scarefest announcements, lead many to believe that it would not feature in 2011.
Thirteen: After Dark features actors walking around the woodland through which the ride’s queue is intertwined.
They are made up as hooded wraith figures, as well as the girl from the adverts which ran on television last year.
The event runs from 1700 to 2100 each night during 15-31 October.
