Merlin to discount annual passes by 30% in sale

Merlin Annual Pass

Merlin Entertainments will reduce the price of its annual passes by around 30% during a sale running between 1 January and 15 February next year.

The ‘standard’ annual pass will be offered at £119, a £50 discount on the usual price.

Its ‘premium’ annual pass will be available for £149, which represents a £60 price reduction compared to the full price.

Earlier this year, Merlin was reprimanded by the Advertising Standards Agency for advertising savings in its previous January sale against the new prices the passes would rise to after that sale had taken place.

Any discounts coming for those who want to renew their passes?

    • Editor says:

Renewals will likely be offered for the same price – a near-30% discount as opposed to a 25% one.

Prices for family passes haven’t been confirmed in the press release, but the marketing lingo states that they will be discounted by up to £50 – but we are not sure if that is per person or not. Check back for updates!
